SL Regrow Advanced Spine & Joint Centre (“SL Regrow”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you contact us, fill in a form (including forms on Facebook and Instagram), message us on WhatsApp, call us or visit our clinic, and how we use and protect it. It is written to follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email address, and the area you live or work in.
- Appointment preferences: when you would like to visit.
- The pain or concern you describe in our forms, in messages, or when you speak with our team. We use it only to prepare for your assessment and to guide you to the right appointment.
- Clinical records created during your assessment and treatment at the clinic. These are kept as confidential medical records.
- Website and advertising data: our website and our ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) may use cookies and similar tools, such as the Meta Pixel, to understand visits and measure our advertising. These do not give us your medical information.
2. How we use your information
- To call or message you during clinic hours about your enquiry and to book your assessment.
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders and directions to the clinic.
- To provide, record and follow up on your assessment and treatment.
- To measure and improve our advertising, for example by knowing how many enquiries an ad produced. Where we share information with Meta for this purpose, it is limited to what is needed and, where possible, encrypted (hashed) before it is shared.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for any purpose unrelated to your care and your enquiry.
3. Consent
By submitting a form, messaging or calling us, you consent to us contacting you about your enquiry. You can withdraw your consent at any time by calling, WhatsApp-ing or emailing us. We will then stop contacting you, except where we must keep records by law.
4. Who we share it with
- Our clinical and front-desk team, only as needed to help you.
- Service providers who help us run the clinic (for example, our appointment and messaging tools, Google Workspace, and Meta for advertising measurement). They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, unless you become a patient. Clinical records are kept for as long as required by applicable medical record-keeping rules.
6. How we protect it
We keep your information in access-controlled systems available only to authorised staff, and we take reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct or update it, to delete it (where we are not required to keep it), or to stop contacting you. You may also nominate a person to act on your behalf. To make a request, contact our Grievance Officer below. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Children
Enquiries for a person under 18 should be made by a parent or guardian.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its date.
